We’re glad to have the opportunity to work with you! Once you’ve received your tree service proposal, you may be wondering what happens next. Here’s what you can expect.

Online: Select the green “Review and Accept” button located in your proposal email. From there, you can review the proposal and officially accept it.

Need to Make Changes?
No problem! If you’d like to adjust the scope of work, remove or add services, or make changes to the plan, please let us know before accepting the proposal.
We welcome revisions and want to make sure the work we’re scheduling is exactly what you want and need. We’re happy to discuss adjustments and provide a revised proposal when necessary.
2. Once Your Proposal Is Accepted
Once we receive your acceptance, our Scheduling Team will reach out to confirm that we have received and processed your approval.
Please keep in mind that receiving your acceptance does not necessarily mean we can schedule the work immediately.
Depending on the time of year, it is common for us to be 1–2 weeks out for scheduling, especially during our busy season. We appreciate your patience as we work through our schedule and coordinate the right crew, equipment, and timing for your project.
3. Please Tell Us About Any Scheduling Restrictions
If you have specific days or times when you cannot have the work performed, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our Scheduling Team can add these restrictions to your account and take them into consideration when coordinating your service date.
Also, if you have another contractor or service that needs to complete work before or after our tree service, please let us know in advance.
For example:
A driveway or paving project
Shed installation
Landscaping or hardscaping
Fencing
Construction or remodeling
Other contractors who need access to the property
Knowing about these projects ahead of time helps us coordinate your tree work appropriately and avoid scheduling conflicts.
4. Weather Plays an Important Role in Scheduling
Tree work is heavily dependent on weather conditions. For the safety of our crews, your property, and your trees, we may need to adjust our schedule when conditions are not suitable for the work.
Because weather forecasts can change quickly, we often schedule only a few days in advance.
In many cases, we will notify you of your scheduled service date approximately 2–3 days before your appointment.
There may also be occasions when we are only able to provide one day's notice, particularly when we are filling an opening created by another customer's cancellation or a change in our schedule.
We understand that short-notice scheduling does not work for everyone. If we contact you with a short-notice opening and the timing does not work for you, that's completely okay. We will work with you to find another opportunity.
5. Permits May Be Required
Depending on where your property is located and the type of tree work being performed, your village or municipality may require a permit.
If a permit is required, this can add approximately a week or more to the scheduling process. Some municipalities have a faster turnaround, while others may take longer.
Weather and high volumes of permit requests can also affect processing times.
If a permit is required for your project, we will account for that process when planning your service.
6. Utility Locates May Be Required
For certain services, utility locates may be required before we can begin work.
When required, utility locating typically takes approximately 3–7 days, although this timeframe can vary.
Severe weather and storms can create a significant increase in locate requests, which may delay the process. We appreciate your understanding if utility locating takes longer than expected.
Our Goal Is to Get You Taken Care Of
We understand that once you approve your tree service, you're ready to get the project completed. Our goal is to get you taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible while still allowing us to properly coordinate scheduling, weather, permits, utility locates, crews, and equipment.
We appreciate your patience and flexibility throughout the process. We’ll keep you informed along the way and do our best to make scheduling as smooth as possible.
Thank you for choosing us for your tree care needs. We look forward to working with you!
